MEEC 2018 – Kellogg Biological Station

We are pleased to announce that next year’s MEEC meeting will be held at the W.K. Kellogg Biological Station (KBS) – Michigan State University. KBS is an NSF funded long term ecological research site that has contributed to groundbreaking ecological research in a variety of fields.

Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to showcase your school and contribute to the MEEC community!

If you are interested in organizing MEEC 2018, please consult with other graduate students in your program and submit the following application materials to meec2017@gmail.com:

  • List of co-chairs who would organize the event
  • Description of your institution’s capacity to host MEEC (potential meeting space, funding, etc.)
  • Letters of support from your department chair and a faculty panel indicating their permission to host MEEC at your institution.

Applications will be considered until MAY 5, and then we will announce the location of MEEC 2018!

MEEC is completely graduate student run, and hosted at different Midwestern academic institutions each year. Your institution could host next year’s MEEC meeting!
