MEEC 2018 will be at W.K. Kellogg Biological Station in Hickory Corners, Michigan on April 6-8, 2018. Here’s the new website: https://meec2018.wordpress.com/ Advertisements
MEEC is completely graduate student run, and hosted at different Midwestern academic institutions each year. Your institution could host next year’s MEEC meeting!
If you are interested in organizing MEEC 2018, please consult with other graduate students in your program and submit the following application materials to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- List of co-chairs who would organize the event
- Description of your institution’s capacity to host MEEC (potential meeting space, funding, etc.)
- Letters of support from your department chair and a faculty panel indicating their permission to host MEEC at your institution.
Applications will be considered until MAY 5, and then we will announce the location of MEEC 2018!
For those of you who are planning on driving to the Illini Union, you can find parking information here!
We will not be handing out printed programs at check-in (and will be saving over 5,000 sheets of paper!). Please plan to view the program and read presentation abstracts on a mobile device, or print your own if you prefer a hard copy!
You can download PDFs of the program and abstracts from the “Program” tab on our website, or via the following links:
